Important information about what GARD is, and what it is not.

Last updated: September 18, 2026

GARD provides policy and risk evaluation. A GARD decision is not insurance or a guarantee against loss. A decision of ALLOW does not mean a transaction is safe, and a decision of BLOCK or REVIEW does not mean it is unsafe. GARD does not promise to prevent all malicious, mistaken, or unwanted transactions.

A “Protected by GARD” label indicates only that a transaction passed through GARD's policy and evaluation workflow. It does not mean the transaction is insured, guaranteed safe, guaranteed reversible, or free from financial risk.

GARD is under development. Descriptions of the API, SDKs, risk signals, integrations, and other features refer to planned or intended functionality unless explicitly stated otherwise. The demo application at /app uses a mock evaluator and simulated data.

Information about $GARD on this site is provided for informational purposes only. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, and it is not investment advice. Planned or proposed utility may change and may not be delivered. Digital assets carry significant risk, including the risk of total loss.

Always verify the official contract address on gard.cc before interacting with $GARD. Until an address is published on gard.cc, no contract address should be treated as official.

USDC, Arc, and other third-party names are referenced descriptively to explain the assets and networks GARD is initially designed to work with. Their mention does not imply any partnership, affiliation, or endorsement by Circle, Arc, or any other organization.

You remain responsible for transactions you or your applications initiate, for reviewing decisions, and for the policies you configure. Consider your own legal and regulatory obligations before using any tool that affects the movement of funds.
