The site describes a product that is under development. Features, interfaces, and token utility described here may be planned, proposed, or illustrative, and may change or never be released. Nothing on the site is a commitment to deliver any feature.

The demo application uses a mock evaluator and simulated data. Its results are not real decisions, must not be relied on, and are not connected to any live transaction or wallet.

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

The site and demo are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GARD is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or demo.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it for unlawful activity.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
